Terms of use

Updated

Last updated: 2026-10-06. By using TollSure (creekrapid.com) you agree to these terms. They're short, and I've tried to keep them readable.

Information only

Everything on this site is general information about toll-free numbers, area codes and unwanted calls. It's not legal, financial or security advice. The number check reports facts about a code. It doesn't identify who owns a number, which carrier runs it or whether it's trustworthy.

What you may not do

Don't use the site to stalk, harass, threaten or locate anyone, or to impersonate a person or organization. Don't use the information to commit fraud or to break any law. Don't send automated traffic at the site in a way that slows it down for others, and don't try to break into it.

No guarantees

We work to keep pages accurate and we date each update, but phone rules and carrier features change, and some details depend on your carrier. We don't guarantee that anything on the site is complete, current or suited to your situation. You use it at your own risk and should confirm important details with the company, carrier or agency involved.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TollSure and its operator aren't liable for any loss or damage that arises from your use of the site or from relying on its content, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any right that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

How to use the information

The guides are written so you can make a decision about a call or text you received. Use them as a starting point, then check the facts with the company or agency involved. Rules about calling, texting and carrier features differ by situation and change over time, so a page that was right on its updated date may be out of step later. If you rely on something important, confirm it first.

No professional relationship

Reading the site or writing to us doesn't create a lawyer-client, advisor or any other professional relationship. Our editor can answer questions about what a page says, but can't investigate a particular caller, recover money or give legal advice.

Our content and linking

The text, design and graphics on the site belong to its operator. You may quote short passages with a link back to the page you took them from, and you may link to any page freely. Please don't copy whole articles, republish them as your own, or present them as official statements of any agency or carrier.

Ending access

We may block access to anyone who breaks these terms or who uses the site in a way that harms it or other people. You can stop using the site at any time, since there's no account to close.

Your content and messages

If you send us a message through the contact form, you give us permission to read it and to use it to reply and to improve the site, for example by correcting an article you flagged. We won't publish your message or your name without asking you first. You're responsible for what you send, and you promise it isn't unlawful or abusive.

Availability

The site is run by one small team and may be unavailable at times for maintenance or because of problems we can't control. We may change, pause or remove any page or feature, including the number check, without notice. Nothing here creates a contract for any service beyond these terms.

Third parties

We link to other sites such as the FTC and the FCC as sources. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them. TollSure isn't connected to any carrier, call-blocking service or government agency, and the names of carriers and products are used only to describe them.

Changes

We may change these terms and will update the date above when we do. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is established.
