Use this form for corrections, questions about a guide, or privacy requests. Rae reads every message. Replies may take a few days, and I can't look into one specific caller or give legal advice.

Please don't send passwords, card numbers or one-time codes. You don't need to include the phone number that called you, although it's fine to if it helps explain a correction. You can also write directly to [email protected].

What to write about

Good messages include a correction with the page and the sentence you think is wrong, a situation that none of the guides cover, or a privacy request such as deleting an earlier message. A link to the source you're relying on helps me check a correction quickly.

What we don't do

We can't identify who owns a number, trace a call, recover money, or tell you whether a specific caller is a scammer. For a scam that already cost you money, call your bank or card issuer first and then file at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. Messages are kept as described in the privacy policy.
